The ASUS Eee Pad Transformer has proven immensely popular since its launch on Wednesday 6th April. The first units of the Transformer to arrive were the Pad only, with the Keyboard Docking bundle due to arrive week commencing 25th April (exact on-shelf date TBC subject to external factors and could be earlier).
In order to ensure customers are able to experience the full functionality of the Eee Pad Transformer, for a limited time only we are offering end-users in the UK the opportunity to purchase a Keyboard Dock for £54.99 inc VAT and carriage. This is a limited offer and available only to end-users in the UK who have purchased or pre-ordered their Eee Pad Transformer (without Keyboard Dock) in the UK before midnight on Friday 22nd April 2011.
End-users wishing to take advantage of this offer should email and include the following information before 5pm on Friday 29th April 2011:-
- Eee Pad Transformer serial number
- Date of purchase
- Place of purchase
- Screenshot of online order or photo/scan of receipt/proof of purchase
- Contact details (inc contact telephone number, email address and postal address)
ASUS UK will then issue an invoice together with payment instructions.
End-users who purchase or order their Eee Pad Transformer after midnight on Friday 22nd April 2011 will not be able to purchase the Keyboard Dock directly from ASUS. Approved UK retailers will offer the Keyboard Dock at a later stage. The offer is limited to one Keyboard Dock per Eee Pad Transformer already purchased without a Keyboard Dock. Eee Pad Transformers must have been purchased in the UK and the shipping address must be within the UK. ASUS UK will aim to deliver keyboard docks during the second half of May, although delivery dates will vary depending on payment and could be earlier. Orders placed with ASUS UK after 5pm on Friday 29th April 2011 will not be accepted. End-users will then have to order the keyboard dock from approved UK retailers.
