ASUS’ new video from its Design Center shows us its vision of technology to come. The team is actually a split over several continents, and they are all employed to think up these futurist ideas, among other things.
I.R.I.S stands for Inspirational Research for Immersive Space, and it foresees a future where consolidation of all the devices you use is taken to the extreme. You have a single product for your alarm, watch, phone, tablet and PC, and its physical size and digital interface can be dynamically changed according to your needs.
As you can see in the video, it’s I.R.I.S is certainly eye opening (sorry, couldn’t resist) and somewhat crazy, yet, completely awesome and revolutionary.
