Looks like Facebook changed its layout again…and as always, people are complaining.

I actually like the new style, so you haters out there…you can continue hating. Here’s a summary of some of the changes in the new Facebook design.

1)

You can click this corner to mark/un-mark an item. Items marked with “Top Story” will show up at the top of your news feed. Facebook will also automatically show similar items in the future as “Top Story.”

2)

Non “Top Story” items are now displayed under recent stories in your main news feed.

3)

In the top right-hand corner of every item in the news feed, you have a revamped list with added options. Most notably you can choose to subscribe to “All updates”, “Most updates”, or “Only Important” from your Facebook friend.

4)

The new Ticker box at the top right of your news feed shows a list of your friends’ activities in real-time. Clicking on an item will open a pop-up box that displays details as well as giving you the option to like/comment.

5)

New photo uploads in your feed look much more artistic than before, don’t you think?

6)

Now you can see and open new stories that’s coming in your news feed. This notification is very similar to Twitter’s version, and shows up at the top on your feed page.
