In this last webisode with Jason Mraz, ASUS, and Intel, we head to Anchor Point, north of Agadir in Morocco. This is where Jason is searching for the perfect wave in one of the world’s greatest surfs. This is also the place where Jason meets The Incredible Surfer: Jesse Billauer.
Growing up, surfing has always been Jesse Billauer’s favorite activity. In fact, by the time he was 17 years old, he became a champion junior surfer ranked in the top 100 in Surfer Magazine. Professional surfing was what Jesse wanted to do for the rest of his life. Unfortunately, on March 25, 1996, a tragic surfing accident broke Jesse’s back and permanently paralyzed him.
Despite this, Jesse continued to surf. What’s even more incredible, he regularly gives motivational talks and has helped countless people turn their lives around.
