Our friends over at Campus Life have just posted this latest official unboxing video of the K53E notebook from ASUS.
The 15.6 inch notebook uses the latest second generation Intel Core i3-2310M CPU clocked at 2.1GHz, with integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000 that includes Intel Quick Sync video transcoding and Clear Video acceleration for movies.

Additionally the spec list includes a large 500GB hard drive, 4GB of DDR3 and 8+ hours of battery. The ASUS team even proved the battery life by time lapsing video playback while the battery drained.
The K53E also has a chiclet keyboard and an ICECool aluminum palm-rest and comes in lots of colors, some of which are shown below. These include black, dark brown, ocean blue, hot pink, lime green, racing red and deep yellow (I added the italics for descriptive edge). The unboxing shows off the brown model that is very similar in color to the Transformer actually.
