Tell us what you think of Tech in Style and you could win an ASUS Eee PC 1018P

We’re doing everything that we can to keep you up-to-date with ASUS at Tech in style, but we know that there is always room for improvement. We have been up and running for a few months now, and we think it’s now time that you told us how we are doing.

On every page throughout Tech in style you will see a feedback link – look out for red rectangle on the left of the page. Click on it and you will be taken through to our Feedback Forum, where you can let us know suggestions for the site and ask any other questions about what we do. Alternatively, just click here.

We are looking forward to your suggestions about how we can improve our coverage of ASUS, or ideas on new features, alongside any tips on how we can improve the site layout and so forth. We want to hear them. And remember when you sign in to leave a comment please do leave us a contact email address, as we will need to contact you if you win (don’t worry, we won’t use your contact details, unless you expressly ask to go on our database, – send info to )

As an added incentive, we’ll be offering a prize for the person who submits what we think is the most constructive feedback — a brand new ASUS Eee PC 1018P, with an Intel™ Atom® N450 processor with 1GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive and a brilliant 10.1” LED-backlit display.

You have until 15 June 2010 to leave some site feedback and be in with a chance of winning the Eee PC 1018P, and after that date we will still welcome your feedback.

So let us know. We are sitting back, relaxing and looking forward to hearing just what you think…

Site full of interesting stuff but have a few criticisms over design.
1- the text in the RH column below the TIS Video is hard to read. Having a word on each line just makes the page very long.
2- If you select Commmunity > Promotions it just goes to nothing. It just wastes peoples time. Why not remove it completely until there is something to go to.
3- Why have multiple links to the same page. On your home page you have 3 different links to the same page eg News. You can get to the same page from either ‘Off the press”, the ‘menu bar’ or the link at the bottom of the page. You only need one. It just clutters up the page.
4- The order of items under the drop down at top of page differs from order at bottom of page. eg under Technology the How to Guides are either 2nd or 3rd. Inconsistent. Not checked.
5- Some items missing from the links at the bottom of the page. eg under Whats Next drop down you have Touchscreen but is not shown in the links at the bottom of the page. Again Inconsistent and not checked. Should be the same.

I really enjoy reading the paper version in magazines such as Stuff and T3 but this online version is so much better. Keep up the good work!
