Intel and ASUS have just released a new creative campaign entitled Fonepad is Calling to inspire the world to talk about the innovative Fonepad 7 designed by ASUS and powered by Intel. Like the Netbook, ASUS has been a forerunner and creator of an entirely new concept in computing with the Fonepad series of devices now called phablets.
This all-in-one solution to mobile telephony and tablet computing boasts an impressive screen size with superb resolution for tablet usage and a telephone feature for active conversations on the move. While not small and simple and easily taking up more space than the standard phone, the Fonepad does offer a huge range of features and cuts down the number of gizmos thrust into your handbag to one…
We covered the cool campaign in a recent post so you can just click here to watch and enjoy. It is set to last until February 2014, at which point I am sure everyone will be converted to the Fonepad and be using it on a daily basis.
Just to give you a bit of a feature roundup, the ASUS Fonepad 7 comes with a built-in phone with 3G, a high-quality 7inch HD screen with 178 degree viewing angles, an Intel Atom processor, between 8 and 32GB of internal storage (device dependent), a 1.2MP front-facing camera, 5MP rear-facing camera, dual front speakers, SonicMaster audio, SuperNote and 1GB of memory.
