The last thing gamers want when fragging and owning their online foes are any sudden graphical issues like stuttering or lags. Video card giant NVIDIA knows this, and constantly strives to improve on their product to give gamers that much needed extra boost in performance.

NVIDIA recently announced its new beta drivers for GeForce 600 Series video cards. Some of the updated drivers are especially optimized for select gaming titles. With these beta drivers, gamers should probably see a framerate improvement of up to 38% in titles like:

  • Far Cry 3 (38%)
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops II
  • Battlefield 3
  • Metro 2033

Try out the new beta drivers by downloading them here. And for those who are using the NVIDIA Updater app, please make sure you highlight the ‘Check for Beta Drivers’ option before running the update.
