New ROG hardware is inbound! We’ve got leaked shots of the upcoming GENE micro ATX board below, so lets take a look:
Here’s the PCH heatsink with six, 90 degree SATA ports, a USB 3 front panel port above and on the other side is that an the iROG chip?
Extreme Engine Digi+? Is that DIGI+ VRM? On a Micro ATX. Que some of the smallest, fastest machines ever, perhaps?
The rear I/O is fitted with ROG connect at the top, two eSATA, plenty of USB and a HDMI port! The integrated graphics option must be a first for any Republic of Gamers board.
SupremeFX X-Fi2 for gamers is fitted here.
Start, reset, debug LED – tick, tick, tick. Oh, and that is an iROG chip!
The ProbeIt is for the pro-guys who can’t live without their multimeter when overclocking in clouds of LN2, whereas the Go Button is for switching between overclocking UEFI BIOS profiles on the fly, at any time – great for benchmarking or if you want to turn up the juice prior to gaming.
