But did you know that ASUS has its own special corner in the Windows Store set up in cooperation with Microsoft?

The ASUS Store for Windows 8 features apps chosen by ASUS and verified to run great on a wide range of Windows 8-optimized devices from ASUS, such as the VivoBook and VivoTab ranges, plus pretty much every current notebook and All-in-One PC.

Want to check it out? Just go into Windows Store on your ASUS device and look for the ASUS Picks section on the right hand side of the screen. It’s been there all along and is constantly updated with new content.

If you’re an ASUS Windows 8 notebook owner, you qualify for specials, with up to 50% off on select paid apps. That sure makes finding cool stuff easy. An ASUS account isn’t a must, but it definitely bestows certain advantages! Keep in mind the ASUS Store works as part of Windows 8 and the overall Windows Store and both of those require a Microsoft or Xbox account to purchase content.

ASUS is currently co-operating with leading service providers like Amazon, Netflix, and Twitter on bringing exclusive content to the ASUS Store, all fully evaluated and tested, naturally.

So, if you purchase any ASUS product with Windows 8, it has the ASUS Store on it, nice and pre-installed. Head on over and give it a look.
