There are, out there in the wonderful world, monitors that glisten and gleam with features and pixels and resolutions that us mere mortals can only dream about. Actually, some of these mortals didn’t even know such creations existed until ASUS announced the PQ321Q 4K monitor and sold it to us…

This is the first ever consumer-level 4K monitor that comes in at a stunning 31.5 inches and ultra-high definition awesome. It has a 16:9 aspect ratio with a IGZO WLED backlit panel with a resolution of 3480×2160 and 1073.7 million colours. The contrast ratio is 800:1 and the viewing angle spreads across 176 degrees on both the vertical and horizontal axes. This is, really, quite the monitor.

Every aspect of the ASUS PQ321Q is designed to make the user feel as if they have fallen into a field of luxurious imagery. No matter what you watch on this piece of kit, you will be immersed in the complete and utter level of detail.

You also get a warranty from ASUS called the Zero Bright Dot 30-day warranty that will cover you if a pixel drops out in that period of time. You also get plenty of connectivity in the shape of the DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 1.4 and 3.5mm audio ports. This is a monitor that will captivate the artistic and enthral the average Joe. Watching movies or playing video games will be, honestly, amazing and this is one gadget that I would absolutely love to own.
