Experience superlative sound with the new ASUS N Series

Most laptops can claim multimedia credentials of some description, but while high quality displays can deliver superlative images from a variety of sources, sound quality usually leaves a lot to be desired.

This is why ASUS developed SonicMaster — a set of specifications for laptop audio that guarantee the best possible audio fidelity for every kind of material, from VoIP to HD movies.

SonicMaster is now standard issue on all new N Series laptops from ASUS and the incredible NX90 was the first model to demonstrate the staggering difference high quality audio can make to listening pleasure. Other N Series laptops are scheduled for launch in 2010 and these new models redefine the very idea of what constitutes a multimedia portable.

Striking new case designs feature a host of mobile innovations, including large speakers coupled with powerful amplification circuitry; DirectX 11-compatible graphics with NVIDIA Optimus* for automatic switching between integrated and discrete chipsets on-the-fly; and USB 3.0* for connection to the latest, fastest external storage devices.

New ASUS N Series laptops will be available in 14”, 16” and 17.3” screen sizes, with a choice of Intel™ Core i3, i5 and i7 processors. Here’s a sample of the specifications:
